Pranav Khandelwal graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University in the year 2017. He also holds Advanced Diploma in Financial Services and Legislations from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.

He had a stint with the Law and Legislative Affairs Department, Government of Chhattisgarh where he gained experience in legislation drafting work and handling commercial tax dispute matters.

Before joining the firm, he worked as a Legal Officer with a State Public Sector Undertaking and has a rich experience in handling company matters and agreements, labour laws and working with Government.

At AKP, he specializes in Commercial Contracts and Disputes and represents the firm before various courts and tribunals.

Ayush holds a graduate degree in law (BA LLB (Hons)) from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, with a specialisation in corporate law. After graduation, he had a brief stint at NMDC, Hyderabad, where, as part of its legal team, he handled high-stakes construction law arbitrations and mining and energy law-related matters for the company. Following his time at NMDC, he joined AKP and continued his legal practice with a special focus on handling commercial disputes and dealing with commercial and energy laws.

At AKP, he leads the dispute resolution team and actively represents the firm before various High Courts, Commercial Courts, and Tribunals/Commissions/Authorities, including APTEL, NCLAT, SERCs, NCLTs, and RERA.

Neha Baid received her law degree from Institute of Technology and Management, Raipur, Chhattisgarh in the year 2023. She started her career with becoming a part of this firm, where she continues to grow as an advocate. Neha's forte has been litigation under real estate sector, commercial disputes and energy laws. She regularly appears and assists in proceedings before the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, Commercial Courts, and National Company Law Tribunals (NCLTs), among other judicial and quasi-judicial forums. Her ability to navigate multifaceted legal matters with a strategic and analytical mindset has earned her recognition within the team.

She thrives on engaging with diverse areas of law and is always eager to expand her professional horizons.

Rahul Taneja graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh in 2025 with a specialisation in Corporate, Constitutional, and Trade Laws. He joined the firm straight out of law school, bringing with him a strong academic foundation and a sharp, solution-oriented mindset. Known for his precision, diligence, and ability to navigate complex legal propositions, Rahul consistently delivers results with a pragmatic and detail-driven approach.
