Abhinav Kardekar

Abhinav Kardekar graduated from Hidyatullah National Law University, Raipur (C.G.) in the year 2009. His portfolio includes more than 10 years of litigation experience, particularly, in the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Commercial Court and various tribunal pan-India, including, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Jabalpur, National Green Tribunal, Bhopal and National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack.  
His area of practice mainly includes Civil —Corporate & Commercial Litigation, Commercial Arbitration, Debt Recovery, Real Estate and Construction and Electricity. He also carries extensive experience in drafting & negotiating transactional agreements in relation to joint ventures, real estate, hospitality, information technology, manufacturing, finance, banking, franchisee.
Abhinav is the founder and managing partner of AKP, formerly known as Corporate Legal. 

Gurpreet Chawla

Gurpreet Chawla has been an integral part of AKP from 2016. Her key focus areas of practise are Power & Energy, Arbitration, and Commercial Contractual Disputes. 

Gurpreet regularly advises our clients on disputes pertaning to commercial contracts and has been involved in representing various kinds of clients ranging from government bodies, construction companies, power generation companies before High Court of Chhattisgarh, Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission, Commercial Court and Arbitral Tribunal. 
She also holds her B.A. (LL.B) degree from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur (C.G.)

Sarvesh Khatnani

Sarvesh Khatnani is a 2016 graduate from Hidyatullah National Law University, Raipur (C.G.). He has experience in the areas of General Corporate laws, GST, RERA, Compliance and drafting & negotiating agreements. He regularly represents our clients before Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Raipur, RERA Appellate Forum and NCLT, Cuttack.
Prior to joining the firm, he was working with Mundkur Law Partners in Bangalore.


Ayush is also a law graduate from Hidayatullah National Law University and passed out from one of the leading law schools in 2019. 

After passing out from college, Ayush had a brief stint at NMDC Ltd., where he represented NMDC in various arbitration matters, as a part of their legal team.

At AKP, he is involved in dispute resolution matters and arbitration.
